Welcome to my world of fashion illustration

When I was 12 years old I fell in love with fashion Illustration . I went on a  search for the perfect  "how to draw" fashion figure sketch book and finally found a not "so perfect" out of date, dusty text book. With little to go by I taught myself the figure proportions so I could create my own fashion drawings and designs. 

At the HS of Art and Design in  NYC  I studied fashion design and fashion Illustration and then received my BFA from Pratt Institute in Fashion Design and Illustration.

 I am currently the Program Director at Rowan College at Burlington County Fashion Department where I teach a variety of levels of Fashion Drawing and Fashion Illustration. I am also a visiting Assistant Professor at Pratt Institute where I teach Fashion Illustration

I  am the author of  "Beginners Guide to Sketching the Fashion Figure" Bloomsbury /Fairchild Publications 

When I am not in classes I teach workshops to HS  and  adult students 

My newest venture is live event fashion sketching  and I am happy to illustrate fashion or your wedding gown  for you upcoming event.

 Most recently I was on the shortlist for FIDA worldwide 5th Annual Fashion Illustration Awards
